If each of us truly understand the vision of just where each of our company’s is headed and what Is just around the corner, most of us would suffer from a lack of sleep! Isn’t it time you find that vision for yourself?
A vision is a needed element for success in your business! We would like to share each of you… a question! Are you ready to become a leader? Are you ready to become a star? What does it take to be one more than mere “Lip” service?
There’s and old story that states “A Captain knew every nook and cranny of his ship”, should we not know every aspect of our business? When will you make the choice to look at your business… as a business and NOT just a hobby?
When you (share) bring a new person into your business, how do you help them to get up and running? Do you get a commitment to be on the company calls? Do you share what has worked for you? Do you show a willingness to do 3-way calls for/with them or introduce them to you upline in case they cannot contact you or if they have questions you can’t (yet) answer?
- ALWAYS commits time to learning about their business
- ALWAYS works toward over-coming their individual short comings and fears
- ALWAYS finding ones strong suits and traits
- ALWAYS Shares knowledge with their team
- ALWAYS avoids and protects ones team from conflict and negativity
- ALWAYS encourages and inspires with positive attitudes
- ALWAYS searches for ways to make doing the business easier
- ALWAYS is willing to do what is best for the company and team
- ALWAYS nurtures the ability to see the future beyond today
- ALWAYS looks for future leaders within the organization
- ALWAYS looks to see the potential in others rather than the faults
- ALWAYS sees contributions of time as a privilege… NOT a chore!
- ALWAYS makes themselves available to their company and their team members!
Leaders dream of the day they can step up on stage and take pride in how many others they are able to bring up on that stage with them. The truest test of leadership is just one criterion.
When you look at your organization, how many people are successful? Is your churn or dropout rate high, or abnormally low? Do you have lots of people climbing the pin levels, or just a few?
Leadership is the .04 strokes that separate the TOP earners in the company from the bottom taking just that simple insignificant amount of time and effort to accomplish success! Are you ready to become a future star? Are you ready to become a future leader? If you are, then NOW is the right time to get started!

Gary & Viktoria,
Good post for people in an MLM type business.
Leadership is a decision you make when you choose that business model.
One thing that has been suggested is to have intimate knowledge of your product line so you can bring it up in casual conversations that allow spontaneous interjection of your products and business. This works well for me with my service business model.
Keep up the good work … Your blog content is awesome!

Hello Gary & Viktoria,
I love this post!
One thing that I have noticed in my walk through internet marketing is most people who join a business have no idea how to be a ’sponsor’ or they just want to recruit and let you figure it out on your own.
In America the majority of the people are followers not born leaders they need to be nurtured to get to that point.
Somone who makes the effort to really help the people they bring into their business will achieve far more success than someone who does not.

Hi Gary & Viktoria,
Once again you’ve hit the nail on the head. But that does not surprise me.
Every team has a leader and the best ones are the ones that are indeed a part of the team and know every aspect of the team.

Gary & Viktoria,
Wow your blog is excellent!
You are correct about what it takes to be a true leader and the importance of your vision and company vision.
I know my company from the inside-out. I know my back office, website, how to market it online and locally, nationally and internationally.
The same is true with offline and many will agree I’m one of the leaders!
